Common questions
Will servicing here void my new car warranty?
No. Australian law lets you service your car at any qualified independent workshop without affecting the manufacturer warranty, as long as servicing follows the logbook schedule and uses appropriate parts. We stamp your logbook.
Do you quote before starting work?
Always. We inspect the car, call you with what we've found and what it will cost, and nothing proceeds until you agree.
How long does a standard service take?
Most services are done the same day if the car is dropped off before 9am.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Yes — 12 months or 20,000km on parts and labour, whichever comes first.
